Not what you think.

You know, I was so fed up upon what Alex said after training.

Obviously we know and we are already told that our 2 days of field training is insufficient. Do you even have to say? 3/5 school week days are our trainings and all of our parents are unhappy with the fact that we are always going home late. Some of us even have curfews which makes it harder for them to stay on till the end of the training. What makes you think that we do not want to have another extra day of training? We want but, do you think that we can? 3 days and we are already getting so much nagging and even scolding, for most of us. Some of us even have parents who want us to quit soccer because it's taking up too much time and it's causing us ugly/minor scars on our limbs or body or wherever but still, we go against them and stay on in soccer.

It's not that we never did go and kick soccer on our own free will in our own free time. We did and it is only because you are not there to even witness it and there you are indirectly implying that we only kick balls during training and outside of that, we are lazing around at home or just not trying to improve on our own. Can you just witness before you say something? I hate people who make false accusations especially when you are our Advisor in 2nd placing. I get so disappointed and so frustrated . Even if I voice out, I get shoot back at.

As an advisor, you should know how to put your words, what is best to say and what is best not to say. Yes, you should also be honest and tell the team what they are weak in and what they need to improve on but bear in mind that what ever you say to the team remains forever (as cliche as it sounds in poems in the autograph books we always do write, friends remain forever) and cannot be taken back. Comparing you to Faz, you somehow bring down the morale of the team from how I see it. Can you encourage more instead of rubbing salt? It's time you apply some sugar to your lips but not too much, thank you.

For the 2nd time I am so disappointed....please do not make disappoint me again.

Yours truly,
Marj
