An earthquake, the country shakes, buildings and homes collapse, fear of thousands dead, tears of many roll down their cheeks, the loss of love ones missing or dead. The country collapses into a state of emergency.

A country where it's people survive on US$1/day go through the darkest day of their life as an earthquake takes away their everything.

Not that anyone wanted this to happen but natural disaster came without a knock on the door. No one was prepared. However, it's situations like this that brings the whole world together as countries send their troops and aid flying over in an hour to provide the necessity. I just get sad in me each time I read the article/s about Haiti ever since the earthquake. What saddens me the most is this one girl who was found alive and died later in the day because she couldn't get to a hospital in time (not for the faint hearted). I'm glad my church is doing a donation for Haiti and I'm going to do my part.

So, give some Hope for Haiti as the struggling people continue to seek for rations to fill their hunger, shelters over their head every single day in their dire-state country.
